Chitosan

Dr. Oz has recommended chitosan as a weight loss supplement. It is made from the exoskeleton of crustaceans (such as crabs and shrimp) and blocks dietary fat from being absorbed into the intestinal wall.

To help fight fat, Dr. Oz says try taking 1000 mg chitosan along with whey protein in a smoothie. In a blender combine 1000 mg chitosan, one scoop of whey protein, 1/2 banana, 1 cup water, some frozen berries, 1/2 pack milled flaxseed and 1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa.
