Dr. Oz: Green Coffee Bean Extract – A Fat Burning Miracle!

Green Coffee Bean Extract - Miracle Weight Loss4-26-2012 Dr. Oz says a new study shows that women and men who took green coffee bean extract lost 17 pounds in 22 weeks with no dietary or exercise changes!  They took pills for only 12 weeks and had no side effects!

Naturopathic Doctor and Certified Nutritionist, Dr. Lindsey Duncan, helped explained that the raw green coffee beans has triple benefits to weight lose.

  1. It causes the body to burn glucose or sugar and burn fat in the liver.
  2. It slows the release of sugar into the blood stream. That’s good because sugar in the blood stream turns to fat.
  3. The above two combined benefits has a synergistic effect of blocking and burning fat and is natural and safe.

Dr. Oz tried it out on two viewers who took it for 5 days.  One, who was 176 pounds at the start,  lost 2 pounds in the 5 days.  The other, who started at 255 pounds, lost 6 pounds.  Both women said they made no lifestyle changes and both said they had a lot more energy as a result.

The active ingredient in the green coffee bean is the chlorogenic acid, so doesn’t work with regular coffee. Coffee is typically roasted at about 475 degrees F which removes the chlorogenic acid.

The study suggests taking 800Mg 2 times a day before meals with a large glass of water.

You can find it online line but beware of the word “pure.”  Instead, look in the ingredients for Svetol ®  or GCA (Green Coffee Antioxidant). It should contain at least 45% chlorogenic acid.  it should not have any binders like silica, cellulose and others. And no artificial ingredients.
