Dr. Oz considers whey protein a weight loss supplement. Whey protein is a by product of milk cheese production. It is a fat-free source of protein thought to contain a superior amino acid profile which will help your body build lean muscle mass. Muscle mass burns fat, particularly the large muscles in your buttocks.
Dr. Oz suggests taking it in a smoothie along with chitosan to help combat butt fat. In a blender combine one scoop of whey protein, 1000 mg chitosan, 1/2 banana, 1 cup water, some frozen berries, 1/2 pack milled flaxseed and 1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa.
